OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1) HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:

a. Mommy Madness DFW contest (the "Contest") will begin on April 20, 2009 at 12:00 am Central Time (CT) and will end on June 14, 2009 at approximately 11:59 pm CT (the "Contest Period").

b. To participate in the contest, contestants may enter via the following method(s):

i. Beginning on April 20, 2009 at 12:00 am CT log onto www.mommymadnessdfw.com, to vote for your favorite Mommy Blogger. When you cast your vote, you must register, and complete the registration form including your including your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address. There is no fee to register at www.mommymadnessdfw.com. You must register by June 14, 2009 at 11:59 pm CT in order to participate in the Contest.

ii. Beginning on April 20, 2009 at 12:00 am CT log onto www.mommymadnessdfw.com, click "Business Reply Card" and complete the Business Reply Card. When you complete the Business Reply Card, you must register, and complete the registration form including your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address. There is no fee to fill out the Business Reply Card at www.mommymadnessdfw.com. You must be complete the Business Reply Card by June 14, 2009 at 11:59 pm CT in order to participate in the Contest.

iii. Beginning on April 20, 2009 at 12:00 am CT log onto www.mommymadnessdfw.com, click "Forward to a Friend" and complete the registration form including your including your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, a valid email address, and your friend's valid email address. There is no fee to register and forward to a friend at www.mommymadnessdfw.com. You must forward to a friend and be registered by June 14, 2009 at 11:59 pm CT in order to participate in the Contest.

iv. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an online entry will be solely determined when the www.mommymadnessdfw.com web server records the registration information. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute actual receipt of a registration form for purposes of these Official rules. KVIL's computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest.

c. The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.

d. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all internet entries.

e. Contestants may only win a prize once during the Contest.

2) ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

a. The contest is open to all KVIL, KLUV and KJKK listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of April 1, 2009, have a valid drivers license and who reside in the State of Texas. Employees of KVIL, KLUV, KJKK, its licensee, their corporate parents, and its affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

b. Contestants are eligible to win a Station contest only once every sixty (60) calendar days, and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six (6) months. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest. This includes all contests conducted by the Station whether on-air, online, or at a local venue or place of business.

c. Winners must sign all required releases and present government issued photo identification in order to claim a prize.

d. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

3) PRIZES

a. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is two (2) rooms for two (2) nights at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, 575 Hyatt Lost Pines Road, Lost Pines, Texas, 78612 and a $400 Resort Credit Card. Blackout dates may apply contact Reservations at 888-591-1234 or 512-308-1234 to book the rooms. Approximate Retail Value is $1,100.

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of CBS Radio at the address listed below between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm CT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Winners will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.

c. Prizes will be awarded in the form of gift certificates issued by CBS Radio which will be mailed to the winner. No prizes will be awarded, processed or mailed until winner has claimed the prize at the Station, presented all required documentation, and signed all required releases and tax forms. Checks will then be mailed within approximately 60 days. Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize checks. Winner assumes the risk of its loss.

d. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Station may, at their sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) above and do not include taxes, gratuities, or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4) SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. Decisions of CBS Radio management with respect to the contest, including the timing of all calls received, are final.

b. One (1) winner will be selected as described in Section 1 of these contest rules.

c. Odds of winning a prize depend in part on the number of entries received.

e. Winners need not be present to win.

f. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within thirty (30) days of winning or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot provide the required documentation, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release or tax documentation, or is found to be ineligible, potential winner forfeits prize.

5) CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner's full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner(s) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and where legal, to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d. Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process; the operation of Station's Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.

g. Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.

h. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KVIL, 131 N. Central Expressway, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX, 75204, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to KVIL at the address above.

6) INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES PRIVACY POLICY

By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Station's Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: http://www.mommymadnessdfw.com.
